I am doing a short Flash movie where I will do the voiceovers for a couple characters including a old lady. Anyone know of a good software for voice effects?

Here's a freeware voice changer-> Funny Voice
Just set it to be above zero for higher pitch, and below zero for lower pitch. Keep the speakers turned down while using it with a mic or you'll get some weird results! hehe

I don't want something that only changes the pitch.

Wow, picky ain't ya! Fine, this'll do the trick. Tons of different features. Make you sound like a woman, robot, whatever you fancy. The catch is that it's about $25. You can get the evaluation version and try that out though.

Thanks Herbert but I have that software already. It makes my old lady impersonation to sound worse. I just wanted a hoarse voice. I guess these voice effect softwares can't really do that properly.

I use Cakewalk Sonar for recording/mastering audio. Cakewalk has some very good built in FX. Reverbs, delays, flang, chorus, EQ's.. and mass other FX. It isn't free unless you get it from some file sharing prog. Check it out.
