Topic: How to stop quicktime from CLOGGING up browsers?

I have searched high and low, near and far, and have not come up with an answer as to why my encoded videos play beautifully on the first try and then clog up and try to load from a clogged temp dir or disk cache on subsequent tris until one clears out their temp files.
This is with IE
Please someone help me this problem is annoying me and causing some users experiences to be unhappy when they try to play a quicktime movie off of this site that they have already seen once.
I am talking about the following videos:

Even the big studios are using HTTP streaming and not apples kooky proprietary streaming server
for example:

You can view the source and pull and download that trailer if you want.
Here is the direct file:
http://movies.apple.com/movies/wb/corpse_bride/corpse_bride_480.mov
Many studis go to GREAT length to NOT allow you to do this.
This trailer though, once played, you can refresh the page and it starts to dl and play again without clogging.
My videos go to the disk cache and clog it up.... and my challenge is to figure out... WHY?

I just tried it in IE and didn't have any problems with it. Loaded the Inner Voice page, let it download completely, closed the window, went and opened a new window and went back to the page, and it loaded from the cache... no problems.
And my cache is only set for 20 megs, so I don't know what the bleep is going on.
Tried it again on Firefox, and it had to re-download it from your site.

Are you re-freshing the page? Is it clunking or takeing a long time after the 2nd time around?
I have a super fast machine and it clunks or starts the 2nd time from like 2 seconds in after having the hard drive spin and spin.... something odd.

I loaded up the page again today in IE, and it loaded it up from the cache from last night with no hesitation. It even started from where it left off when I closed it last time. I hit refresh and it paused for approx. 3 seconds and played normally.
Firefox once again tried reloading it from the server instead of a cache.
