Terminator Salvation Blu-Ray won't play. Sony copy protection bites my ass!
I am taking a few moments here to bitch because I just spent extra $$$ to rent the Blu-Ray version of Terminator Salvation thinking this is going to be a mostly high end visual movie so let's see it in high def.
Well, the genius minds at Sony have loaded this disc with SO much fucking fangled copy protection that it refuses to play on 3 - count em 3 of the very latest Windows software Blu-Ray players nor will it play on my hardware LG blu-ray player, so I have to take a moment here to let my fellings be known:
Suck my ass Sony you bunch of fucknards!
When you think one of your precious titles is SO new and SO good to warrant this level of annoyance, you can suck on an unsharpened rusty scythe!!!
FIRST of all, this is an original disc that I fucking rented you ass fucks, this isn't a copy. YOUR COPY PROTECTION IS RUINING IT FOR PEOPLE WHO GOT THE ORIGINAL, NOT PIRATES - YOU TWITFUCKLING SUCKASSHAIRTARDS!
Because no conventional way of playing your stupid real disc would work, I conveniently downloaded a pirate copy, which works fine and plays without a hitch. Can we see the irony? YOU FORCED ME TO THE DARK SIDE YOU TWATBUCKLERS!
I am thinking of just doing this for all future Sony releases to save me the headache.
Lesson to be learned to the big content houses:
This level of bullshit will NOT be tollerated, especially in this day and age. If you idiots did not learn your lesson with DVDs, you need to wake up - ANY COPY PROTECTION IS BREAKABLE AND ONLY SERVES TO PISS OFF YOUR REAL CUSTOMERS, AND DOESN'T STOP A PIRATE FOR TWO SHAKES OF A LAMBS TALE. If anything, your over indulgence of ridiculous and annoying copy protection schemes only serves to CREATE more pirates when people who bought or rented your sickly disc can't make it work!!!
Argh..
Assholes! Sony, while long being a standard of quality, is now becoming synonymous with "pain in the ass for no reason."
