Has anyone used iTunes for windows yet? Is it as cool as it seems on the Mac? I've been meaning to install it but have heard some bad things about the first release of it not working with cd-burning software. Supposedly, the newest release does though.

I haven't tried it because it supposedly only works on XP. I'm stuck in the dark ages of the world's worst ever OS, (Windows ME). If anyone has heard of iTunes working on ME, lemME know.

Oh, and I don't care much for iTunes. Because it still has a Mac-like interface that I'm just not as comfortable with.

I've toyed with the idea of making my next computer a Mac. In and of itself, it looks like a great solution. But when I swore off of Macs years ago, I promised myself I'd remember all the damned times I couldn't do what I wanted because the software wasn't available, or compatible, or as "affordable".

If there was more software available, I'd be so happy. Granted, since OS X is unix based, people port the shit out of all of the Linux stuff so that's cool.
I have to contend with almost no software compared to the PC's. But, I also don't get any spyware or viruses.
