Have you actually done this and received your IPod, and did not incur any hidden fees later on?
The least you could do when putting up a post like this is to explain it a bit... Like when I put up the link for Studiotraffic, I at least told the people what was involved, and that I can say I was actually paid... (I'm getting another $60 at the end of the month, actually - )

I did research for a similar get such and such for free (a digital camcorder I believe), and they say right in the terms that they will sell your name and info to a third party and a whole other bunch of nasty stuff...

So, if you can verify your find, then we'll consider it [Smile]

{edit} OK, I've done some research on it, and people have been saying they've received some stuff, so MAYBE I'll consider it... I said the same thing for another too good to be true site, and I found out later they were full of shit, so I'm going to do my homework on this one.

I heard this one works from someone on another board too. They also had their pictures of getting it, opening it, and posing with it.
Of course I have no use for one of these things, but still, I believe it works.

Well, when you have the chance for getting something that costs over $400 for free, who cares what it is [Big Grin] (Especially if you can sell it on ebay!)

I personally don't know much about them... I think it said somewhere they work on PC (because I couldn't consider this if it didn't). And do you have to actually buy music for it (or pay for anything like using their ITunes program), or can you just put your regular old mp3s on it that you ripped from your cds?

I trIED THIS IT WORKS. WHEN YOU SIGN UP THE BEST OFFER IS THE ONE THROUGH BLOCKBUSTER, IT IS ACTUALLY A PRETTY GOOD DEAL AND I DECIDED TO KEEP IT , HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT TO SAVE $20 JUST CANCEL WITHEN A 2 WEEKS. ONCE YOU SIGN UP AND THEN CANCEL (OR KEEP THE DEAL) POST YOUR NEW IPOD ADRESS AND WE CAN DO THE SAME FOR YOU. JUST MAKE SURE TO USE THE LINKS IN THE POST (TO KEEP TRACK OF WHO IS SIGNING UP FOR WHO)

One more question: Do they ask for a credit card at any point during the signup process?

what it is is a way to advertise for certian promotional deals. You do have to sign up for ONE of the deals which will require a credit card. you can cancel at any time. However, the deals are pretty good . take a look at the one for blockbuster it is the one i signed up for and kept ( you do not have to keep any of them )and blockbuster is a large company and takes care of its customers. not to mention we might be a ble to get a free $400 ipod just for helping them advertise. not really a bad deal at all.

By which you mean, one person gets the iPod, and everyone else gets to sign up for something they don't need.

It's just a classic pyramid scheme.

Unless you get 5 friends to get signed up, and you get the iPod and sell it on ebay and split the profits... Or tell them you will.. and skip town [Big Grin]

Hey Kojo: Did you ever get your free IPod?
I just found a new site here that will give you a free ATI x800 Pro graphics card (Retails for $400). Very tempting... Verrry tempting...

Other options include:
1GB DDR Ram
$300 cashiers check
a hard drive, geforce fx and ddr ram bundle
or a compaq laptop

You only need to complete 1 offer.
I'd need 9 "friends" to sign up to get the ATI card... Let me look into it to see if it's legit before I post a link.

Let's give it a shot.

Free stuff worth over $300

I'm going to try out their Blockbuster offer. They have Charlie Chaplin DVDs I haven't seen yet [Smile]
