Ok two announcements to run by the beings of pure chaos and fun who come here:

#1 I am thinking of moving from Thursdays 9pm to 2am to another time slot and I am open to suggestions. Do I stay night time and move to Saturday night or should I do a morning, lunch, or day show? What suggested times?

#2 I need to raise money for some new equipment purchases so I have decided to throw a prankathon fo the hard core prank fiends. This will be just a constant prank show to raise money and satisfy those who hate everything else about me but the pranks. I will indulge the dark side.

You are the timeless being that created & perceives itself through those things, and you have the power to play or not play that game. if u ask me, thursdays 9pm-2am is the time for blackouts box live. changing it will only cause confusion. nevertheless if you are still going to change it, keep it a nighttime show. people are too busy with work and other stuff during the day.

will you be doing a live show tomorrow (new years day)?

my personal opinion is that you should either start the show around 6 or 7pm on a weekday (because of people dropping out by 11pm - 12am due to work) or move to a weekend. Possibly even think about a Sunday show. Most of the people I know are busy doin shit other days and fri-sat nights. but to me Sunday is typically a day for being around the house, either cleaning (while possibily listening to internet radio) or just slackin having some beers, watching tv or surfing the web.

these are all just theories but if it were me I would do either:

Thursday or Sunday evening 7 - 12
or Saturday afternoons like 2 - 7.

I say saturday 2-7 because its the time slot right after people wake up from sleeping in, to about seven when people start planning shit and going out.

as far as your Christmas show, Im sure it was a hard day for anyone to get people to tune in and stay tuned. between Christmas dinners, family events, parties, and drama, it's hard to find a minute for yourself sometimes. Several people in my family go to bed early on holidays because they get so warn down with all the to-do and stress. So I wouldn't take that too personal. You've had much higher #'s before on regular nights and you will again. Im still glad I caught show and it was good to hear some Box action for christmas \m/.

So consider it for a while, bounce ideas off your closest friends and Boxers, and this shit will improve.. I think at least a new earlier time slot would help, but my vote is for Sunday evening.

Don't know about the time... being in Aus no time is good... maybe you can post more of your shows though.

You should charge $2 a show via paypal for download... every year compile all the shows and release a package of all shows for $40....
Get some of the best pranks / cool stuff on youtube and you will be rolling in it...

I was thinking about the best time for the show when i was mowing the lawn yesterday... it's a very Zen time for me... except when i'm kicking the crap out of my shithouse lawn mower... fuck i hate the stupid thing... anyway...
I think the best time would be Sunday from 12pm -6pm or 2pm - 8pm your time... in Aus a couple of guys called Roy and HG had a radio show that ran sunday arvo talking about sport... for a while it had a cult following around sharehouses... come sunday after a few nights partying carry the sofa in to the yard and sit back with a beer and chill out...
