I already knew I was at least 2000 years old but it's nice to see 11 year olds who are as well. The blocking energy field that some goof balls put up is running out of power and the fluoride is no longer working on it's own. Hahaha you bastages!

That video sounds totally bogus.
Here are my problems with this story.
First, it is pointed out in the Leininger’s book that, “Bruce became obsessed, searching the Internet, combing through military records and interviewing men who served aboard the Natoma Bay.” We of course are lead to believe, by Bruce, that this research was all done to confirm little Jame’s memories. But how do we know that Bruce’s interviews were not the basis of a concocted story to sell a book and promote reincarnation?
Little James supposedly recognizes veterans by name. Sooooo. There are in fact pictures and names of these veterans. Bruce researched them. Obviously the Leininger’s were in contact with these people and setup meetings. Given this, it was not too difficult for the Leiniger’s to figure out "who’s who" at the meeting.
Little James guessed Anne like to be called Annie. Wow! This could be derived from a simple phone call to Anne. Or a lucky guess – it is not that much of a stretch.
For example:
Bruce, “Hi, we would like to speak with Anne”.
Friend, roommate, whoever, “Annie, you have a phone call”.
Little James receives a painting of pilot James Huston from Annie Huston and guesses that Annie's mother painted a picture of her too. Big deal. If a mother paints an amazing picture of her son it is probable she also painted one of her daughter as well. The mother was obviously into painting.
Little James knew where the plane crashed but so did his father; Remember all of Bruce's research?
Finally, we are NOT told how many guesses James got wrong.
Think of Occam's Razor. What is likely to be true?
My conclusion, the Leininger’s cooked up a scheme to sell a book.

While I don't doubt for a moment that this could be rigged. For some reason I don't sense it much with this. There are a billion other ways to try and sell a book that could be far more profitable than a reincarnation book. Most people scoff at reincarnation anyway and if the parents were quite the manipulators you imagine them to be, again, I would think there would be more profitable subjects and convincing the kid to go along and not mess up the story would be pretty tricky.

You make a good point. This Article offers an alternative explanation that does not paint the picture of the parents as schemers like I do.
All explanations are viable so I still do not think the Leininger's story is necessarily proof of reincarnation.
