Author Topic: Stuck/lost Yvette38 Blackout's Box Genius Member # 4879 posted                           I seem to be stuck. Never ending loop. Is the journey suppose to be the point? Or "being there" wherever the hell there is? I'm becoming very emotional. All the emotions anger,love,sadness,bliss but they just seem to be getting stronger, overpowering. I need more ideas for this intensity. Staring at flowers calms me but flowers are not everywhere I want them to be. What if the overpowering feeling of love seems trapped inside. I've been bike riding/eliptical machine all kinds of physical things but feels like the energy just gets stronger. Are there emotional energy release exercises/meditations that I should be practicing? -------------------- Sometimes you've got to specifically go out of your way to get into trouble. Furthermore while I thouroughly enjoy staying back with the ladies (especially when there are midgets in pink tutu's dancing to the Beatles and one eyed alien pets to play with).... Some people take this negatively but really its a positive... If there are real truths to be found, then if one finds them, they are not self delusions, and if there are no real truths to be found, then whatever answers one finds are absolutely correct because they are their answers and therefor totally valid because there are no real truths and therefor the only truths are individual truths - so once again this is not a self delusion. A self delusion would only be possible if there were an absolute objective answer truth to something that could be know, and you believed otherwise.
