Yes, it is a well known and documented fact that certain natural occurring plant drugs that cause a psychedelic experience - specifically, ibogaine and Ayahuasca:

They are known to help people with severe heroine or other opiate addictions as well as cocaine and several others.

420 is drug day or alternate consciousness day or get fucked up day to various people. I don't know what the true origin of it is but 42 is the answer to life the universe and everything and 0 is the void.
I have no idea how that applies but I'm sure some people while on mushrooms or meditating into the inner outer inner middle roundabout sideways realm on the edge will.
