It's confirmed! Robert Jordan is going to this year's dragoncon! I swear.. if you are a wheel of time fan like me.. and you don't come down here to go to the #1 largest fantasy convention in the U.S. then I will personally track you down and rape you.

My friend is obsessed by those books, although he tells me Robert Jordan himself is a bit of an arse.

Really I wouldn't blame him, when I look at WOT fan sites (most of which are really stupid) they quote robert jordan's answer to a question that somebody presented to him about the series... and if I had to go to a book signing.. and then answer a question for every other person I would be pretty brief too... usually people ask him stuff about the future of the series.. or the symbolic signifigance of something in it or something about the philosophy behind the books... and if you have to sit down for half of the day with a long line of people coming at you the entire time and have to look forward to answering questions that can't be answered simply then being an arse about it would be a pretty good way to keep people from wanting to do it so much.
