As a response to everyone who e-mailed me wanting to hear more Gladys calls, well here you go.  This one starts out slow, but gets really good in the end.  Listen to Gladys once again as she calls one of those 24 hour informercial ordering services and gets nothing but a load of BS from everyone. Be sure to turn your speakers up loud near the end so you can hear Gladys instructing the manager how to operate his phone service by answering his other lines. Those people really are patient!
