Here it is, the call that started it all with Gladys - the epic crank call drama known as "Irving & my dog" and also tentatively titled, "The Dog Beaters" or, "An old woman promises never to kick a dog in the ass again."

 Call it what you will, but get a six pack of beer, or if your too young, make it a six pack of soda, then sit comfortably somewhere by your computer speaker and chill out while you listen to this call (actually series of calls) about two DOG BEATERS, Irving and Anne. Listen to them deny running over my dog and then eventually promise to never do it again as I play the insane and bourbon drinking old lady - Gladys, as well as her idiotic "just trying to figure out what's going on here," son, and last but not least, the head dog beater stopper - officer JOHN DANDELL.  Note: All three of the above characters are done by me in real time using a special "double phone" technique to make it sound like the characters are all on the phone at the same time or in the same room. Nothing was "edited in" later.

Now don't expect it to make you crack up instantly - this is a crank call drama. Give a little time for the story to get going, and I promise you, your mouth will be gaping open in disbelief and you will be spitting out your soda, beer, or whatever the hell happens to be in there at the time as you crack up uncontrollably at the unexpected ending. (At least I sure as hell didn't expect it!)
